These homes feature open-concept layouts, oversized windows, and modern finishes, designed to match the vibrant Miami lifestyle. Sizes range from approximately 422 sq ft up to 1,469 sq ft, depending on the layout.

29 Wyn offers lease terms ranging from 7 to 15 months.

Month-to-month options may be available after your initial lease term ends and are subject to your renewal offer.
Applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least 2.5x the base rent. Combined income is accepted for multiple leaseholders.
No. Applications are reviewed holistically, considering income, credit history, rental history, background screening, and identity verification.
Yes. Guarantors are accepted for income qualification only and must earn 4x the monthly rent. One guarantor is allowed per apartment.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required. Income and identity are verified electronically.
Move-in dates depend on the unit you choose. Some homes are ready immediately, while others will be available soon. When reaching out to our leasing team, provide your preferred time frame to the leasing team so they can coordinate the best option for you.

Fees & Deposits

Monthly fees may include trash, pest control, utility administration, technology package, pet rent (if applicable), and utilities.

To select your perfect home: check availability, select your desired move-in date and preferred lease term, then select view details to view monthly fees.

Utilities & Payments

Residents pay for water, sewer, trash, pest control, and valet trash (if applicable). Electricity is managed by Florida Power and Light (FPL). No other electric providers are available.

Utilities are billed in arrears and added to your monthly rent statement. A final utility bill is issued after move-out.
All payments are made through the resident portal and processed via Bilt, allowing residents to earn reward points.

Rent is due on the 1st. A late fee of 10% applies if payment is not received by the 6th.

Pet Policy

Yes, 29 Wyn is a pet friendly community, welcoming dogs and cats.

$500 one-time pet fee per pet (non-refundable) $25 monthly pet rent per pet.

There is no weight limit, however the following breeds are generally prohibited:

  • All Husky & Malamute breeds

Service animals are generally exempt regardless of breed. Management must approve all animals. Lease holders and applicable occupants are required to complete a Pet Screening Profile.

29 Wyn offers luxury amenities in the heart of Wynwood, including a rooftop pool and lounge, outdoor kitchen and co-working spaces, and a 24-hour fitness center. Residents enjoy bike racks, EV charging, package lockers, garage parking, and curated art-filled common areas, combining vibrant city living with resort-style comfort.

Amenity spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
Yes. Concierge service is available daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 AM to assist with resident needs.
Yes. Residents have access to a private covered parking garage with EV charging stations.

Parking is available for $150 per month per space, with a maximum of two spaces per apartment.

No. The garage is reserved exclusively for residents.

Lease Renewals & Move-Out

Renewal offers are sent approximately 75 days before lease expiration and include multiple lease term options.
Yes. An early termination clause is included in every lease. Fees depend on the option selected, and any concessions must be repaid.
Residents are responsible for the full lease amount unless early termination is completed per lease terms.
